Rea Framing and Construction Company is a small family business, owned and operated since 2005. We specialize in room additions, custom framing projects, basements, decks and more. We pride ourselves on providing stellar customer service, quality work and a friendly and team-oriented working environment.
We are currently seeking a dedicated subcontractor with their own framing crew to provide bids for new and upcoming projects. This 1099 opportunity is for someone who currently runs a framing crew. Someone who is competent in framing a house or building a room addition while working well with others. The right candidate will have their own tools, vehicle, work comp and general liability policies and a framing crew as well as experience in the construction of new homes and/or room additions and remodeling.
Job Description;
Provide framing bids for upcoming projects.
Work collaboratively and effectively with contractor on construction projects.
Interpret blueprints and execute plans accordingly.
Frame room additions, decks, homes and other remodeling projects.
Install Windows.
Maintain job-site cleanliness and follow construction safety protocols.
Must carry own work comp and general liability insurance certificates.
My own their own tools, vehicle and framing crew.
We work mostly in Johnson County, KS.
