Help Wanted – Commercial Flooring Crew (Kansas City Metro)
We are a busy commercial floor-installation company serving the entire KC metro.
What we’re looking for
Reliability and strong work ethic (we can train skills, but we can’t train dependability).
Willingness to work long shifts and some Saturdays; we aim to keep Sundays off, though occasional Sunday work may be required to meet deadlines.
Your own, consistently reliable transportation to and from job sites.
A sharp eye for detail and the ability to follow directions without constant supervision.
Self-motivation—once you know the task, we expect you to keep it moving.
Basic knowledge of demolition and/or installation of carpet (CPT) or luxury vinyl (LVP/LVT) is a plus but not required; we’re happy to train the right person.
Who might be a great fit
A rising high-school senior or recent graduate eager to learn a trade and earn while you learn.
Anyone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in accuracy, and shows up on time—every time.
Pay
Hourly wage based on experience and skill level; raises are tied to reliability and how quickly you pick up installation techniques.
