We are currently seeking a Repair Technician.
The successful candidate for this role will have an uncompromising emphasis on safety excellence. The candidate will also be responsible for providing their own tools; however, safety equipment will be provided.
Responsibilities
Report to the Service Department Manager.
Conduct roof inspections to identify leak source and repairs needed, and make necessary repairs as authorized.
Interact with property managers and on-site facility managers to identify location of leaks and explain repairs and/or options.
Skills & Qualifications
3 or more years of hands on field experience preferred. Have experience in all types of commercial roofing, including but not limited to asphalt and single ply membrane roof systems.
Skilled in all aspects of commercial roofing installation and repairs.
Ability to operate a computer and/or Ipad
Must have a valid driver license
Relatively clean motor vehicle reports.
Good verbal communication and customer service skills.
Critical thinking and problem solving skills required, including the ability to think outside the box.
Ability to work 45+ hours a week including occasional weekends.
Ability to travel.
Physical requirements include stooping, crouching, climbing ladders, as well as lifting and carrying up to 100 pounds.
