Must have reliable transportation to drive to and from various job sites.
Scope of Work/Responsibilities:
-Must be able to read a tape measure
-Set concrete forms using a sledgehammer, impact driver, nail pouch, string lines, 6-8-10 square methods, setup and read a rotary laser
-Must be ADA Compliance knowledgeable
-Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more on a daily basis
-Must be able to finish flat floors, stamp concrete, broom finish, curb, and gutters
-ADA Compliance knowledge is a must
-Must have Driver's License (Real ID with gold star in the top corner preferred) and your own transportation
-Good attitude and self-motivated
-Must be on time every day
-Ability to think for themselves
-Must have a strong work ethic
-Ability to communicate and work well with others
-Ability to follow directions
-Osha 10 is a plus
