General Contractor in need of dependable skilled/semi-skilled help for commercial tenant finish. License helpful but not required if you know your way around a construction site for rough-in and finish project. Plumbing, electrical or HVAC technician needed. Will work under the direction of Superintendent. This is one project for now that could lead to more work. Please reply with a little bit about your experience and expected pay.
