North of the River Community is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. Tasks include fielding tenant work orders, repairing/ replacing appliances and fixtures, plumbing repairs, electrical repairs, and HVAC servicing. Must have HVAC experience. HVAC skills are more than changing air filters, you must be able to independently troubleshoot/ repair/ replace components of the HVAC system. EPA/ HVAC certifications will weigh heavily on pay rate. Must be able to work independently while being part of a team, multi-tasking, good communication/ customer service skills, have valid drivers license/ insurance, reliable vehicle, have tools, and work in a fast paced environment. 1-2 years experience preferred.
