Who We Are:
We’re Scott The Handyman LLC, a well-established maintenance and handyman company that handles everything from turnovers and work orders to light remodeling and eviction cleanups. We primarily work with multi-family, residential, and commercial properties in the KC area. We stay busy, but we keep it sane.
What You Get:
️ Full-time hours (Mon–Fri)
️ Company vehicle for work use (sorry, it doesn’t go home with you)

What We Need:
Someone who actually knows what they’re doing (ideally from the multi-family/property maintenance world)
Experience with basic plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, appliance installs, light carpentry, etc.
Reliability and good communication
A valid driver’s license
A good attitude — we don’t do drama or ghosting
What We Don’t Want:
YouTube University graduates
Toolbox but no tools
People who “used to be in construction” but haven’t touched a hammer since 2012
Anyone looking to disappear mid-job for vape breaks and life advice
