Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Countertop and Cabinet Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in installing various types of countertops, including granite, quartz, marble, and solid surface materials. This role requires precision, creativity, and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
Install granite countertops, backsplashes, and other stone surfaces with precision and attention to detail. We have a very unique quartz countertop overlay which is much lighter to work with than regular slab granite.
Install cabinet fronts and veneer for cabinet refacing projects.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines.
Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met.
Provide excellent customer service and address any client concerns.
Physical Demands:
Stand for long periods.
Frequently lift materials up to 75+ pounds.
Move in awkward or tight positions.
Use epoxy and other potentially hazardous materials.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a countertop installer or kitchen remodeler.
Proficiency with hand tools and fabrication machinery.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
