We are looking for all around jack of all trades (painting, minor electrical, minor/major plumbing, fixture installation, flooring, tile, demo work, etc.
Must have some experience in the field and be a self-motivated individual
Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority
Turning and making units ready in between tenant occupancy
Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency on-call system
Have a good work ethic, be responsible and dependable
A team player as well as able to work independently
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Must have own tools fit for many job types; basic hand tools
Must have reliable transportation (preferably a truck or van)
Current and valid driver’s license
Residence within 15 miles of the Plaza area
Must have cell phone
Effective communication skills
