We own 3 multi-level buildings in the West Bottoms, that are occupied with commercial office tenants and a wedding venue. We purchase and rehab older historical warehouse buildings.
Natural gas furnaces, Heat Pumps, Mini-splits, Window A/C units, Central Air Systems, etc. We have a lot of equipment. At least 50 systems that need to be monitored.
We need a skilled HVAC Person. Prefer you are HVAC Certified. Set your own hours. You can work at night or day.
You should have your own basic personal tools. We have the HVAC equipment if you don't have it.
New installations and repair work. All commercial work. Same location every day. You are not driving around the City.
Need to be a person that can work as a team with others. Must be dependable. Honest.
We are a small crew and need to add someone like you to the team.
Part-time job. Just get the job done. Some weeks we have 20 hours. Other weeks we have 10 hours. Some weeks we don't have any hours. We are flexible. If you have customers of your own, go take care of them. Just remember to take care of us as well.
We are a family business, that understands people as well as our trade. We have been here for 42 years.
$25 - $30 / hour. Payroll check every Friday. No cash.
