DG ELECTRIC, LLC (DGE), located in Parkville, is seeking an experienced journeyman electrician to join our team. We work on projects throughout the Kansas City metro area and are looking for a dedicated journeyman who has the potential to step into a foreman role. Initially, you will serve as the second in charge on a project, ensuring that the work continues smoothly when the foreman is unavailable, and ultimately taking over the project as the foreman moves on to new assignments.
Responsibilities:
Assist the foreman in managing and directing project activities.
Maintain project progress in the absence of the foreman.
Transition into a foreman role, overseeing projects from start to finish.
Ensure that all work complies with safety standards and electrical codes.
Requirements:
Graduation from an accredited school.
Possession of a journeyman card.
All necessary hand tools.
Starting pay at $30 per hour, negotiable based on experience.
We provide training for candidates who have not previously held a foreman position.
