We are currently looking for well rounded maintenance technicians!
We are looking for technicians with the following skills -
- Flooring
- Electrical
- Plumbing
- Painting
- Sheetrock
- Carpentry
- HVAC
due to our growth we have the need to add more technicians, and we are looking for quality candidates. Our ideal candidate will have skills in 2 or more of the listed trades above. compensation is pendent on experience.
We offer Vehicles to qualified employees as well as company gas cards and a tool allotment. We work regular hours with the option of overtime for our technicians.
we use app folio to keep all work orders streamlined and easy to manage with company tablets available as well.
