Blade Contracting is looking to add an additional Project Manager to our team. Previous experience in in general contracting and project management is required.
Duties to include but not limited to soliciting bids from subcontractors for upcoming bids, material takeoffs, writing contracts, upholding schedules and working within budgets, communication with owner's representatives, consistent updates, working with the superintendents to stay on schedule and keep track of change orders.
