A perfect candidate will:
Be competent in all aspects of interior finishes such as tile, trim carpentry, cabinetry, drywall and paint.
Able to perform light plumbing, electrical (remove and replace).
Own tools as well as a reliable work van, truck, or trailer.
Good time management, organizational and communication skills.
Able to work alone and occasionally with team members.
Working knowledge of building codes and requirements.
You must have:
A valid driver's license.
Auto insurance
Excellent health and able to lift 50 lbs.
