Kings Remodel Inc is looking to add experienced talent to our existing team. Currently, we are searching for motivated, reliable, and professional individuals.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Finish Carpentry.
- Assist with ongoing projects.
- Install doors, and windows.
- Baseboard installation and base shoe.
- Door frames and casings.
- Paint experience is a plus!
- Framing on interior projects.
- Drywall experience is a plus!
- Any specialty trade experience is a plus!
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED preferred, or will accept equivalent work experience.
- Ability to use basic hand and trade tools.
- Minimum 5-years hands on journeyman level carpentry experience.
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to successfully pass pre-employment drug screening & background check.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to work full-time in the outside elements (heat & cold).
- Ability to climb stairs, scaffolding, ladders, bend, stoop, crawl, squat, reach and move 6+ hours at a time.
- Ability to lift, move, and/or carry items which may be in excess of 75 lbs.
- Finger dexterity and mobility to walk on uneven terrain.
Job Title: Craftsman
Hourly Range: DOE
Status: Full Time/Hourly (non-exempt)
Shift Hours: Varies per job but usually 8 hour shifts Monday - Friday.
We are looking for someone with a great attitude, has extensive construction and remodeling experience and has their own tools. Please be skilled in cabinetry, framing, carpentry, drywall, paint, plumbing, and electrical, along with the desire to learn, and the ability to problem-solve. Must have transportation and be able to lift 75 lbs.
We specialize mainly in Residential Remodels and room additions.
