ROOF REPAIR - COMMERCIAL LOW SLOPE
EPDM and Modified Bitumen Torch
Must be experienced in these two types of roofing. We are hiring to do repair and maintenance of existing roofs on multi-story buildings.
We prefer to hire a very skilled person at $35/hour and a good helper at $20/hour. Two-person team. We buy all the materials. You supply your personal tools. Any specific tools needed, we will purchase.
Job starts Mid-September after the summer heat ends. You can work any hours you prefer. Morning, Night, Weekends, etc. This job will last all fall and then we always have repair/maintenance time to time ongoing.
Payday is every Friday. No cash. Payroll only. Must have documents to work.
