I will start you at $25 per hour if you qualify and I will be paying you that amount for me to teach you a new trade. If you can follow directions and if you have a decent level of ability using tools and can run one other hourly wage helper you will be promoted to crew leader. Age and gender do not matter. You need at least some work experience with basic contracting tools in some contracting related trade like windows and siding, roofing, framing, deck building, finish carpentry, flooring, or even plumbing or electrical. For safety reasons I cannot keep team members who are on any type of mood altering substance either recreationally or by prescription. This includes daily alcohol consumption.
