Gibraltar Injection Mold Technician FULL-TIME $25.25/hr 418 E North Front St, Orrick, MO 64077 - Setting machine parameters to produce high-quality parts for production. - Troubleshooting and implementing process changes as needed on injection molding machines. - Performing efficient mold changes, including robot setup and programming. - Ensuring machines run efficiently and produce parts within established standards. - Setting up auxiliary and secondary equipment as required for production. - Training operators to monitor production rates and maintain part quality. - Establishing and documenting processes for new tools and optimizing existing ones. - Performing basic machine maintenance and replacing standard mold components (e.g., inserts, springs, ejector pins, fittings). - Operating a forklift and/or overhead bridge crane to install molds into machinery. - Participating in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities in production areas. - Supporting production operations as needed while ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
