Contingent Driver Associate
Role Summary
We are seeking Delivery Driver's to help with a short-term driving position. This person will operate their own vehicle to deliver parcels within a set area. To be considered for this role, the driver must have valid car insurance and a clean driving record. If you are looking to make some extra money, this might be the opportunity for you.
Key Result Areas
Loading vehiclesaccording to the delivery schedule
Interact positively and professionally with customers and the public while delivering products to customerlocations
Sort and prepare a delivery route to meet thedelivery schedule
Ensure vehicle is always clean and in good operating condition and unloading/cleaning of equipment and vehicle upon completion of the route
Skills / Qualifications:
Ability to operate and navigate vehicles and effectively use GPS
Possess a valid driver's license in the state of residence
Delivery experience is required, customer service experience is preferred
Pick and Pack experience
Detail-oriented, reliable, on-time, and organized
A quick learner, proactive, and works quickly
Ability to lift, push, pull, and move boxes up to 50+ pounds
Ability to lift, bend, reach above the head, kneel, crouch, and stretch during shifts
Strong time management when dealing with systems/customers/staff
