JOB RESPONSIBILITIESReview batch tickets ? Read, understand and follow.Provide samples to lab.Pack product into designated containers; labeling containers.Report near miss incidents and improvement opportunities.Equipment cleaning, plant cleaning, waste disposal.Forklift operation.SAP inventory Tub washer.Gather and weigh ingredients. (Scale operation)Participate on plant teams.Stock rotation / Minimization of partial containers.Ingredient traceability.Operate and trouble shoot mixing equipment.Combine ingredients in designated sequence.Training others.SAP CORK duties &SAP Cycle count duties.Preliminary quality checks.Wear appropriate PPE at all times & maintain a clean work area and work safely.Participate actively in all plant safety initiatives, programs and training session.Follow all standard operating procedures with respect to performance of position duties & stays updated on all applicable procedures.REQUIREMENTSHigh School Diploma/GEDMust be computer efficient.Must possess basic math skills.Experience in a production/manufacturing environmentCandidates must have demonstrated experience with and knowledge of safety.Candidates must possess sound verbal and written communication skills.Must be able to work 40 hrs. and overtime.Hours will be 7:00 - 3:30 pm with Overtime as needed.Sun Chemical is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
