We are hiring drivers to haul Refrigerated Freight, Livestock, Rock & Gravel. Must have good work ethic and driving record. Must have good work history including satisfactory safety record. And a positive attitude and good people skills ( Get along well with our customers and dispatchers). We are a family-owned trucking company. The majority of the loads you will be hauling will be our company's direct customer freight less brokered freight meaning a very good per mile average for you as a Driver. Year round consistent freight,rates. Dedicated lanes from Missouri/Iowa/Nebraska to Texas Valley, Florida, shorter Midwest runs available .(i.e. Midwest Southeast, Southwest). We are a out and back company all loads pickup out of Mo, Ia, Ne, Ks. And reload back to these same areas. No running all over the country for months at a time unless that's what you want.
DRIVER: Starting pay at 25% drivers average $800.00 to $1500.00 per week . and that comes out to approximately .50 cents per mile on all miles. We pay Per Diem for every day you are out = BIG TAX SAVINGS. Weekly Direct deposit, pay is based on how hard you want to work. The loads and the miles are there if you want them. Very little setting. Late model as well as a few 99's all well maintained equipment Freightliner, Peterbilts. Mostly refrigerated all no touch freight. We are offering a $2500.00 sign on bonus after your 1st year anniversary.
