Job Description:Overall Purpose: Achieve sales objectives by structuring and securing new marketing contracts with owners and developers of small and medium sized apartment, condo and single-family homes within assigned territory.Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Secure new marketing agreements after evaluating opportunities with owners and developers.

Develop and manage sales opportunities to meet sales targets. Create and present proposals to customers.

Confer and consult with internal contract managers and legal to finalize contract language.

Negotiate with Network and product teams related to product and service availability.

Meeting with customers and engaging in sales activities at the customers site; communicating with customers via phone, teleconference, e-mail, etc. related to proposed solutions/sales, etc.; traveling to and from the customers premise for the purpose of engaging in sales activities; providing subject matter expertise regarding technical issues relating to sales; advising customers on suitability of products based on technical needs; preparing proposals, presentations, or bids, including developing pricing, developing strategic plans related to the customer and the proposed solutions/sales; researching and developing customer solutions with AT&T external partners, including design and engineering; and researching customer business and industry to identify new sales opportunities.

Education: Bachelors Degree preferred.Experience: 2 Years Sales or Account Management experience preferred. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
