DescriptionFIND OUT WHAT IT IS LIKE TO BE A PART OF HALLMARK SUPPLY CHAIN (https://dvfhg2ep2o4ho.cloudfront.net/Supply+Chain+Sense+of+PurposeFinal+(1).mp4) Operations Lead - CSGIN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:The CSG (Corporate Store Group) Fulfillment Operations Lead is responsible for inventory and fulfillment of product for Hallmark’s corporately owned stores at the Liberty Distribution Center. CSG Fulfillment Operations Lead helps oversee and direct the flow of products through the many levels of inventory control and distributes weekly and monthly inventory and fulfillment reports. The incumbent helps oversee Hallmark employees that will receive, fulfill and ship CSG orders (with additional agency employees added during peaks), oversees the scheduling and assignment of work, and verifies that production, serviceability, cost, and quality standards are met. Ensures good housekeeping practices and positive employee relations are maintained, and that safety regulations are followed. Provides the customer with the right product at the right time within the cost target.The Operations Lead works directly with Operations Supervisors and serves as first line of support for operational issues. The Operations Lead makes decisions relative to execution and pacing, staffing and department effectiveness. The incumbent possesses knowledge of all operational functions of the department.The Operations Lead engages professionally and always maintains confidentiality. The Lead positively influences employee engagement and serves as a role model for Hallmark cultural expectations. As required by all employees the Lead will engage with all Hallmark employees with respect and dignity and values diversity and inclusion in the workplace.Teamwork, collaboration, and flexibility, along with LEAN principles of problem solving and elimination of waste are expectations of the position. Business needs of the department may require additions or changes to the duties of this position.Responsibilities: (Dark store and Amazon direct fulfillment)

This position is responsible for the operations area (Receiving and Inventory) at the CSG Distribution Center with an emphasis in Inventory.

Assist in the development of a Vendor compliance program and database. Identify and notify Buying staff of these violations for effective vendor management.

Continuous Improvement: Actively identify, formally develop, and implement ideas and concepts to improve the operations area (Inventory and Receiving). Improvements should consist of but not be limited to increasing efficiencies, increasing accuracy, and simplifying processes.

Coordinate the distribution of products flowing through the DC taking into consideration product flow timetables, seasons, holidays and special promotions.

Compile and analyze Logistic and Inventory reports to identify any process improvements.

Compile reports to track and improve upon fulfillment costs.

Meets or exceeds departmental objectives by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

Assigns work duties to personnel; accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules; identifying and resolving problems; reporting results of the area.

Demonstrates strong technical knowledge and is regarded as Subject Matter Expert (SME). Is seen as a credible source of information and is sought out for this expertise.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONSThe following is required to be considered for this role:

High School diploma, GED, or equivalent

Ability to constantly stand, walk, push/pull, and reach above shoulder level

Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 30 pounds constantly, up to 40 pounds frequently, and up to 60 pounds occasionally

Proficient in all Carefree Caves department processes

Must be able to pass a 2010 version of Microsoft Excel testing as part of the interview process (only passing scores in SkillCheck will be considered).
