General Contractor seeking Skilled Construction Laborer. We are looking to hire someone who can lead a small crew of laborers. Anticipated pay is $20, but the candidate must have their own tools, transportation, and a cell phone, and most importantly - this candidate MUST have skills and experience relevant to construction. Candidate must be knowledgeable in several stages of home building and remodeling, including deck/fence/flooring installation, framing, plumbing, electrical, and finish work such as trim/moulding installation and painting. We are not looking for a novice or apprentice. A valid driver license, a cell phone, and a reliable vehicle are required.
If skills and experience do not meet expectations but the candidate is motivated and hardworking and can follow instructions, then we will consider keeping them on the team but we will have to adjust the pay according to skill level. Laborers typically make between $10-$15 an hour.
