Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst II in Maryland Heights, Missouri. In this role, you will be actively involved in providing high-quality technical assistance to our customers, ensuring the smooth functioning of their workstation and server hardware, software, and network equipment. Responsibilities: Act as the initial contact point for customers requiring technical assistance via phone and ticketing system Implement, maintain, and troubleshoot technical issues related to customer workstation and server hardware, software, and connectivity Prioritize and execute tasks effectively in a dynamic environment Administer and oversee end user accounts, permissions, and access rights Collaborate with third-party vendors for effective management Perform remote troubleshooting tasks such as password resets, new user/workstation setups, and desktop issues Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements for all customers Setup, deploy, and replace Windows desktops and laptops; install Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other Windows applications Install and manage network equipment like switches, firewalls, and wireless access points Maintain accurate documentation related to client environments and issue resolution. Requirements Proficient in Microsoft software applications Knowledgeable in computer hardware, including installation and troubleshooting Experience in configuration management Ability to handle deployments of software and hardware Familiarity with server hardware, including setup and management Excellent customer service skills Experience in handling anti-malware and anti-virus software Familiarity with ConnectWise or similar IT service management software Capable of handling multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure Excellent written and verbal communication skills Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and software Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with other professionals Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
