TITLE: Lead Business Systems AnalystLOCATION: Maryland Heights, MissouriJOB SUMMARY:Formulate and define systems scope and objectives for Provisioning and Activation projects for High Speed Internet, Cable and Landline phone products, through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements. Design and develop new systems and new uses for existing systems like Unified Inventory Management (UIM), Next Gen Provisioning, Order and Service Management Tool (OSM) to accomplish additional or different outcomes. Write business requirements, functional requirements, business rules, user stories, acceptance criteria, and non-functional requirements using Waterfall and Agile methodologies. Create as-is and to-be process flows per BPMN 2.0 standard using MS Visio. Create process flow diagrams utilizing BPMN 2.0. Manage and maintain user stories using JIRA. Manage and maintain test cases using ALM. Work on complex projects involving devices like DOCSIS 3.0, DOCSIS 3.1, set top boxes, eMTA (Embedded Multi-media Terminal Adapter), ONU (Optical Network Unit), ATAs (Analog Telephone Adapter), and IP TV (Internet Protocol Television) boxes. Serves as a subject matter expert and mentor to other business systems analysts working across projects in a portfolio. Review and approve team member’s requirements documentation for quality and completeness. Train and mentor team members in both project domain and process knowledge. Assist manager with talent acquisition through interviews. Utilize metrics reports for managing the status and priority of the team’s work.Hybrid/remote work option is available.EDUCATION/REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (any), or a related field or equivalent experience. 7 years of Business Analyst experience including writing business requirements, functional requirements, business rules, user stories, acceptance criteria, and non-functional requirements using Waterfall and Agile methodologies. 5 years of experience utilizing MS Visio to create as-is and to-be process flows per BPMN 2.0 standard; utilizing BPMN 2.0 (Business Process Modeling Notation) to create process flow diagrams; utilizing JIRA to manage and maintain user stories; and, utilizing ALM to manage and maintain test cases.
