Salesforce Quality Assurance Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is immediately seeking a Salesforce QA in support of our enterprise telecommunications and mass media client based in Maryland Heights, MO. Our client strives to connect their customers to superior communications and entertainment products with the highest quality service.

Responsibilities:
In this role, the Salesforce Quality Assurance Analyst creates tests to find any problems with software before the product is launched
Identify and analyze any bugs found during testing and document them
Must to pay very close attention to detail and coach their team on managing testing tools, reporting results, and motivating process improvement
Troubleshoot various issues for offshore team to remove obstacles for test execution
Develop new tests to run, run the tests, and document the results; If any defects are noted, the QA team will need to collaborate with the software developers to find a fix and patch the program
Once the defect has been patched, the Salesforce Quality Assurance Analyst will need to run the test again to make sure there are no new bugs and to make sure the defect found has been corrected

REQUIREMENTS:
3-5 years of experience in the manual testing of Salesforce CRM applications
Experience with Leads, Contacts, Campaigns, Accounts, Opportunities & Report entities in Salesforce cloud application
Knowledge of User Management, Roles, Profiles, Permission Set, Configuration and Customization in Salesforce
Ability to communicate effectively with project managers, business stakeholders, BSAs, and offshore teams
Expertise in creation, preparation, review, development and execution of test cases
Ability to execute using HP ALM
Working experience in SOAP UI, POSTMAN tool to execute and test WSDL services
Exposure to test automation tools using Selenium
Ability to read requirements and build test cases or test plans
Ability to record and triage defects within the system
