DescriptionThe Acute Care Pharmacy Tech I performs duties relating to the filling and dispensing of unit dose and stock medications from the pharmacy to the nursing units and other ancillary departments in a prompt accurate manner. H.S. Diploma or GED
Montana Pharmacy Technician License upon hire. Or
Montana Pharmacy Technician Temporary Practice Permit upon hire. Or
Montana Pharmacy Technician Provisional License upon hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
Coursework/Training: Pharmacy technician program (may be required in some states for technicians)
Inpatient experience
Previous experience with Automated Dispensing Machines (ADMs) and electronic health records (EHR)
