The Associate Respiratory Therapist should be a solid performer who is fully competent in all aspects of his/her job description.The Senior Respiratory Therapist is expected to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of contemporary Respiratory Therapy principles.The LEAD Registered Respiratory Therapist is responsible for the management of the pulmonary system through the administration of medication, ventilator management and pulmonary hygiene during stable and critical situations.
