The Product Success Manager - Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) at Workiva plays a crucial role in driving product adoption and growth success. Working closely with customers, the role focuses on enhancing their overall product experience and ensuring their success. Collaborating with the customer success team, the Product Success Manager monitors system health, delivers customer programs, and facilitates communication between customers and product teams. As a techno-functional expert, you will engage with various stakeholders to advocate for customers' needs. Ideal candidates possess domain expertise, enterprise project management experience, technical proficiency, and strong customer management skills.What You'll Do:Achieve customer success outcomes including higher customer product adoption, customer satisfaction, and overall customer health scoresWork closely with CSMs to jointly define customer expected outcomes and ensure that they have realized value from the solutionAccurately document new and existing feature/functionality as a reference for customers and the CS TeamProactively manage each customer's Wdesk environment through their intimate knowledge of the product roadmap and understanding of stakeholders' testing, reporting, and analytical needs.Responsible for the technical health and wellbeing of their customersOwns the communication channel from product to customer successAssists in strategy and execution of feature releasesTrain the Customer Success team on the benefits of new product releasesInfluence product development strategy by advocating on behalf of customersSupport customers post-onboarding and work cross-functionally with our sales, support, services and partner teams for successful deploymentWhat You'll Need:Minimum QualificationsFluency in Spanish and English is required4+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as Customer Success, Product Manager, Solution Architect, and/or IT, Management, or Finance ConsultantBachelor's DegreeAn advanced degree will be considered in lieu of experiencePreferred QualificationsExperience supporting a SaaS product preferredExperience with Database systems preferredKnowledge of connected data ecosystems and connected reporting workflowsPassionate about customer success and tenacious at driving long-term customer valueHighly data-driven and meticulously detailed with a commitment to drive customer engagement towards business outcome and value realizationExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to chair sessions and host webinarsRemote - Ready ExcellenceMust be able to travel up to 10% annuallyReliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, not in a Workiva officeHow You'll Be RewardedSalary range in the US: $69,000.00 - $117,000.00 A discretionary bonus typically paid annually Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire 401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits packageThe salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US. Deer, elk, moose, sheep, black bears, and mountain goats inhabit the region, providing a diversity of hunting and wildlife viewing opportunities. Over 62% of the region is public land, offering a variety of recreational opportunities to area residents and visitors. Region 2 currently manages ten state parks, fifteen wildlife management areas, and over 75 fishing access sites. River recreation on the Bitterroot, Clark Fork, and Blackfoot rivers provide diverse opportunities for float or wade angling, floating on inner tubes, whitewater rafting, and scenic floating. The region has several mountain ranges and unique wildlife habitat that blends with privately owned and agricultural lands in lower elevations. The diverse landscape offers a wealth of recreational opportunity for fishing, hunting, exploring, hiking, skiing, camping, floating, sightseeing, birdwatching, picnicking, bike riding, wildlife viewing, ATV riding, snowmobiling, and boating. This position manages a variety of busy recreation sites near Missoula and east to Anaconda, Montana. Job Duties: The person in this position manages and coordinates all daily operations of FWP recreation sites primarily upstream of Missoula. This includes administrative, operational, maintenance, interpretive and public relations activities. The position is based at the FWP Region 2 Headquarters in Missoula. Site types are diverse and include well-developed, rustic, and quasi-backcountry areas. The river sites near Missoula are extremely busy during the peak season. Management of these sites require individuals who can adapt to changing priorities; can work well with a wide range of constituents including NGO and tribal partners; is well-versed in daily operations; and who has long-range vision for recreation and stewardship that are integral to community identity. The successful candidate should have experience in recreation management, interpretive programming, historic preservation, special use permitting, and collaboration with government organizations. This position is an important member of the Parks and Outdoor Recreation Division in Region 2 and will work closely with the Regional Recreation Manager, other Recreation Managers, Regional Maintenance Manager, Regional Access Manager, Area Game Wardens, and other peers to create strong, vibrant, cohesive recreation management across this district and the region Minimum Qualifications (Education and Experience): The knowledge, skills, and abilities of this position are normally attained through a Bachelor’s Degree in Park Management, Resource Conservation, Outdoor Recreation, or a related field and at least 2 years of job-related experience.
