Production WorkerMissoula, MT - Temporary positionfor 2 monthsA leading company in manufacturing and distributionin Missoulais hiring a temporary production worker for approximately 2 months.In this role, you will be responsible for packaging products efficiently and securely, ensuring that all items are properly prepared for shipment.Essential Job Responsibilities:-Examine and inspect instruments and packaging components to ensure that product quality and packaging specifications are met, applying tip protectors when required-Ensure that the label detail matches the instrument part number and lot code-Close and seal product enclosures (envelopes & clamshells) upon completion of packing-Record product, packaging, and order details on specified forms, batch records, and logs-Remove and report any incomplete or defective products for quality reviewWhy you want this position:-Starting wage: $17/hour DOE-Hours:Monday - Friday. 8-hour shifts with the flexibility to start between 6:30 a.m. and 8:00 a.m.-Fun and casual company environment with regular employee events during work, like company BBQs, pizza days, birthday celebrations, and moreQualifications:-High school diploma or equivalent, 1-3 months of similar job experience is a plus-Able to speak and read English-Math and reasoning skills-Ability to sit for long periods of time and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.-Keen attention to detail-Excellent hand/eye coordination and good manual dexterity-Team player and strong work ethic-Ability to work under deadlines
