With connections across more than 210 countries and territories, we are building a sustainable world that unlocks priceless possibilities for all.OVERVIEWThe Open Banking Product Operations, Delivery, Compliance, and PMO organization is searching for a Communications Specialist to deliver and oversee an operational communications program. The candidate will work closely with various internal departments to coordinate and deliver an effective content flow that informs, engages, and delights Open Banking customers, in order to build loyalty and strengthen customer relationships.THE ROLECentral Point of Contact: Manage and coordinate U.S. Open Banking client communicationsOversee intake process, previews, and approvals before deliveryMaintain and update standard communication templatesArchive previous communications regularlyCollaboration: Work with sales, product, and delivery teams to create educational content addressing customer needsEffectiveness Measurement: Regularly measure communication effectiveness, including volume, frequency, and client actionsCustomer Feedback: Use communications to gather ongoing customer satisfaction feedbackReporting: Share metrics and reports with leadership and key stakeholdersSupport: Assist in updating customer lists by providing undeliverable message metrics to sales and customer success teamsGlobal Scaling: Aim to expand the U.S. framework to support global Open Banking communicationsAd-hoc Projects: Participate in various projects within Open Banking to create valueALL ABOUT YOUExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong editing and prooing abilitiesProficiency in using technology and content management systemsAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesStrong organizational and time management skillsCreating thinking and problem-solving skillsHigh level of professionalism and confidentialityStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teamsProactive, self-motivated, and detail-orientedAbility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environmentCorporate Security ResponsibilityEvery person working for, or on behalf of, Mastercard is responsible for information security. In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
