In this process, Clearing teams are responsible for ensuring data integrity, applying interchange, currency conversion, calculating settlement, determining billing, and generating reports for reconciliation.Role & Responsibilities:All staff at Mastercard are expected to demonstrate 'Mastercard Way' cultural values every day - own it, simplify it, sense of urgency, thoughtful risk-taking, unlock potential, and be inclusive – with a relentless focus on our customers. As a Lead Product Manager - Technical at Mastercard, you are expected to perform the following general responsibilities:· Works across system to define initiative level requirements for the long-term backlog and elaborate business capability features with acceptance criteria· Identifies gaps and charters new platform capabilities as required· Has visibility into the design of the user experience· Determines release goals for the platform and prioritizes assigned features according to business and platform value, adjusting throughout implementation as needed· Identifies issues that will keep the platform features from delivering on time and/or with the desired requirements and communicates to leadership· Works with internal teams and customer service to identify, classify, and prioritize feature-level issues· Independently identifies and researches performance; escalates findings to senior management· Coordinates internal forums to collect and identify feature-level development opportunities· Identifies feature risks from business feedback and in-depth analysis of operational performance, shares with senior leadership· Reviews product demo with the development team against acceptance criteria for the feature set· Establishes a network of resources within the organization, builds relationships, partnering with and influencing both executive leadership and individual engineers across the organization· Mentoring team members and assisting with candidate selection and onboardingAll About You:· Like to dive deep into the operational characteristics of the product· Demonstrated ability to operate with complete independence and autonomy· Experience defining and building cloud-native software products as a platform at scale· Proven track record of data driven decision making and applying continuous improvement methodologies across your team· Can debate the product merits with business teams, architects, engineers, and designers to make the right trade-off decisions· Experience in agile delivery methodologies (scrum, Kanban, etc.)· Can communicate to executives, peers, and staff with impact, eloquence, and authenticity· Ensures features and associated documentation are clear and easily consumable by other engineering teams.· Demonstrated experience building organizational relationships, partnering with, and influencing teams while commanding the respect of the individuals on the team· Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, information technology or related discipline preferred, or equivalent work experienceMastercard Employees must comply with the Security Standards when developing,implementing, using, purchasing, or modifying any Technology.Mastercard is an inclusive equal opportunity employer that considers applicants without regard to gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, disabled or veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
