Job Title: Maintenance Technician (Technical Specialist) in OVERLAND, MO.Job DescriptionAs a Maintenance Technician, you will be in charge of setting up and maintaining the production line. Maintenance techs will perform maintenance on all mechanical parts and machines including conveyors, gear boxes, motors, drives, etc.Daily Duties
Performing setups and changeovers of the production line and machinery
Conducting adjustments
PMs
Repairs on equipment to maximize run time
Performing mechanical troubleshooting and repairs on all breakdowns
Ensuring quality of products throughout your shift
Pay/Shift$28-30/hr7:00 am to 7:00 pm, with a pattern of 4 days on and 4 days off.7:00 pm to 7:00 am, with a pattern of 4 nights on and 4 nights offCrucial Skills
Mechanical Troubleshooting/Maintenance on conveyers, bearings, and production equipment
High Speed Manufacturing
Routine Industrial Maintenance
Follows safety rules and regulations
Mechanical skills using hand and power tools in an industrial environment (tool use and maintenance, lubrication, measuring, threads and fasteners, basic mechanical drawings, and basic shop calculations)
Understanding of pneumatics and hydraulics
Detect malfunction through observation (audio or visual)
Monitor and report on project progress (Good communication skills).
