The HR Manager is a key member of the team, who provides support and guidance for a full range of HR activities. This role directs and coordinates HR activities such as: leading efforts related to talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training, benefits, driving high performance through leadership coaching and responding to policy questions.
Qualifications: 5 years HR experience, excellent written and verbal communication, excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills, organized, knowledge of employment related laws and regulations.
