The Contracts Manager will direct vendor and subcontracts agreement, draft contracts, and manage and re-negotiate contracts as needed. Finalize contractual provisions and administer contract proposals
Investigate and draft legal agreements (vendor agreements, NDAs, evaluation agreements)
Support contract administration functions with the coordination and oversight of requirements for compliance with the contract terms and conditions, along with relaying information to internal departments
Administer and organize contract templates; obtain signatures on contracts
Review external clients' contract terms to align with Company's risk tolerance, and red-line documents as required for compliance
Preside over the complete life cycle of the Company's contracts (from initial request to final signature and contract distribution)
Handle internal and external requests on status of contracts
Document and maintain contracts database
Periodically revise and manage contract repositories Requirements - Less than one year of experience required
Strong communication and social skills and able to receive criticism well
Capable of operating in a fast-paced environment at a high level
Bachelor's degree
Outstanding analytical, quantitative and social skills
Proven experience in review and drafting of non-disclosure agreements; preferably, some exposure to software evaluation and licensing agreements
Certified detail oriented Contract Manager (CPCM) certification, or equivalent
Ability to work effectively and cross-functionally, think practically and be solution-oriented
Proven knowledge of Legal Contracts
General familiarity with Real Estate Contracts
Wide ranging experience with Supplier Contracts
Comprehensive knowledge of contracts
Experience with Commercial Contracts
Customer Contracts experience preferred
Earlier work involving Vendor Contracts
Proficiency in Draft Contracts
Quality experience with Service Contracts
Practical knowledge of Reviewing Contracts
Well-founded grasp of Lease Contracts
Existing Contracts experience
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment, to prioritize client matters and adapt to quick changes while remaining diligent through each task performed
5+ years of relevant experience
Substantial computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
Special organizational skills to track and monitor contracts for future obligations, expiration dates and other contractual deadlines
Capacity to apply discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information
