Description We are offering an opportunity in the Transportation Equipment Manufacturing industry in SAINT CHARLES, Missouri, for an Accounts Payable Clerk. This role is vital to our team, where you will be entrusted with the responsibility of handling customer applications, maintaining customer records, and resolving any customer inquiries. With a focus on customer accounts, you will be tasked with monitoring and taking necessary actions.Responsibilities: Accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications Maintenance of precise customer credit records Proactive monitoring of customer accounts and taking required actions Reconciliation of accounts as a key task Management of Accounts Payable (AP) operations Execution of check runs as part of the role Coding invoices with precision Data Entry tasks as required Processing of invoices Usage of Microsoft Excel for various tasks Working with Oracle for certain operations Utilizing QuickBooks as part of the role Handling tasks related to SAP and SAP Basis.
