Organize and coordinate the moving of boxes to the onsite and offsite archives.
Verify, pull, and destroy boxes from off-site facility or onsite cabinets that meet date of destruction criteria complete associated paperwork.
Scan study documents prior to archiving/destruction/shipping offsite.
Indexing of records within the facility and at the off-site facility
Demonstrates and promotes the company vision.
Regular attendance and punctuality.
Conducts all activities in a safe and efficient manner.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Adheres to site employee health and safety (EHS) requirements.
Basic Minimum Qualifications (BMQ):To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements below are representative of the knowledge, skill or ability required.
Ability to organize laboratory/study documents.
Maintain archive room by managing index, and label system.
Ability to bend, squat, reach above shoulders level, occasional move or lift boxes up to 50 lbs.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel to track documentation.
Ability to speak effectively and professionally with internal colleagues
Ability to work Monday-Friday 08:00am-04:30pm
Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
Education/Experience (BMQ):
A high school diploma or equivalent.
Additional preferences:
Experience in an office environment is preferred.
