Adecco is hiring for a Building Maintenance Technician in Berkley, MO 2nd shift hours, $23.50 an hour.Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: Qualified applicants will have a high school diploma or GED; Associate degree preferred. 18 months (One 18-month periods) maintenance related experience, including a minimum of 500 hours of on-the-job experience. Must have experience with welding, mechanical systems, high pressure gas systems and basic PLC skills. Must have a confirmed understanding of electrical installation & construction, AC/DC motor drives, gearboxes, hydraulics & pneumatics systems. Able to move up to 50 lbs. Perform area housekeeping duties. Background in industrial systems. Work scheduled shift, weekends and holidays as required. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals.Other Job Requirements: Adhere to OHS policies and procedures and ensure a safe and balanced workplace environment.
