This position will report to the WIM Group BPM Capability Leader as a part of the WIM COO organization. The Business Support Consultant 3 will provide dual role support across both Process Definition and Process Measurement Librarian functions.Initially the role will focus on Process Definition Librarian support by taking ownership of the WIM process inventory and assets. In order for the BPM program to be successful, the Librarian should promote the established BPM Policy and abide by BPM and group standards and processes. In addition, the Process Definition Librarian will partner with WIM Process Owners (in the lines of business) and with Enterprise Process Engineering to support iGrafx onboarding and ongoing maintenance for the specified Wells Fargo organization.Nearing 2021, the ideal candidate will be able to shift seamlessly to providing functional support to the WIM Group BPM team as a Process Measurement Librarian by taking ownership of the WIM process metrics and analysis. The Process Measurement Librarian will establish and maintain the overall health reporting, changes to, and performance of the process monitoring reporting alerts within the front line. In addition, the Process Measurement Librarian will partner with WIM Process Owners (in the lines of business) to understand data changes, meet with Enterprise Process Measurement Engineering and take part in Measurement Community events.Additional job details are as follows for Process Definition Librarian functions:Local Process Definition Support (tool, practices and standards) for the aligned business
Process Modeling tool functional support
Understand and become power user of all iGrafx Platform modules
Understand BPMN as needed
Knowledgeable of Taxonomy alignment
Shares lessons learned and best practices with LOB users when appropriate
Liaison with Enterprise librarian & other LOB Librarians to promote Community of Practice
Local Custodian for Process Assets
Partner with Enterprise Process Librarian to maintain repository and alignment with enterprise standards
Ensure data integrity meets standards established for different object types and associated meta data
Review and rationalize obsolete data within the Repository
Drive remediation of defects for the line of business data
Accountable for repository compliance Definition and Enforcement
IGrafx Access support
Support and oversee iGrafx access requests and ensure the appropriate resources are provided the correct access profile according to the security model.
Understand role based security models and align to business needs
Assist with collection of Access Management needs
Work with EPE to provide access to the users within the respective LOB folder area

Review Metric Change Control to see if Tableau Dashboard changes required
Review Data Repository/Source access requests from DA
Review Tableau access requests from Data Analytics (DA) & line of business (LOB) partners
Review Data Folder access requests from DA & LOB partners
Review Metric Change Control access requests from DA & LOB partners
Review requests from LOB for education of Tableau/metrics for team members (TMs)
Review requests for training of new users of Metrics Change Control
Review changes in flight with DA and if service level agreement (SLA) achieved
Test applicable data changes from DA
Modify Metrics Criteria documentation
Modify Tableau links documentation
Modify Data Dictionary documentation
Make changes to control plan documentation (alerts)
Modify Tableau dashboard and publish if applicable
Engage LOB partners in UAT
Grant access to Data Repository/Source based on DA requests
Grant access to Tableau based on DA & LOB requests
Grant access to Data Folders based on DA & LOB requests
Grant access to Metrics Change Control based on DA & LOB requests
Educate LOB TMs on Tableau and EPE Standard Metrics
Train LOB TMs on Metrics Change Control process
Meet with LOB contact for monthly staffing counts
Obtain Finance Accounting Unit (AU) worksheet monthly for dashboard data usage
Update Monthly Finance Data spreadsheet with staffing numbers
Attend monthly meeting with Enterprise Process Engineering (EPE) Process Measurement contact
Attend Process Measurement Community of Practice Monthly
Required Qualifications:
6+ year of experience in one or a combination of the following: business support, project management, implementation, business operations or strategic planning in financial services demonstrated through work or military experience
6+ years of experience with analytical methods used in statistical analysis, modeling, and reporting
Desired Qualifications:
A BS/BA degree or higher
6+ years of business intelligence experience
Advanced facilitation skills
Financial services industry experience
Project management experience
Virtual leadership experience with ability to effectively drive results, provide feedback/direction, and manage and build relationships with leaders and team members in a geographically dispersed team environment
Ability to gather business requirements and create technical solutions
Ability to manage complex projects in a large enterprise environment
Ability to take on a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability
Highly refined and professional verbal and written communications
Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills
Knowledge and understanding of Agile
Knowledge and understanding of Business Process Management Notation (BPMN) methodology and modeling
Knowledge and understanding of Tableau
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Strong collaboration and partnering skills
Six Sigma Black Belt certification
1+ year of JIRA experience
iGrafx, ProVision or other enterprise process modeling experience
Relational database experience
Knowledge and understanding of APQC-s Process Classification Framework (PCF)
Technical and business architecture experience
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
