Our Higher Education Client is seeking a Communications Specialist to support their team!JOB Responsibilities:

- Contribute to the development of an end-to-end change management strategy and associated implementation plans in support of projects/initiatives/efforts.

- Create and write communications utilizing the various communication channels (blog posts, monthly digest, direct communications, announcements, etc.).

- Daily activities include, stakeholder identification and outreach, change network development and management organizational readiness assessments, resistance management planning, communications planning and training program development.

- Works with project teams to gather and analyze detailed information about process and system designs and the impact on various stakeholder groups.

- Facilitates organizational change events.

- Measures effectiveness of efforts and make adjustments where necessary.

- Develops communication plans for project/initiatives/efforts.Qualifications:

- Change Management certification (i.e. Prosci) or comparable certification highly preferred.

- Experience in leading and facilitating teams to develop change management communications plans and objectives.

- Experience in generating and using utilization metrics to drive user adoption/engagement.

- Experience utilizing and understanding business processes in Workday or any other human resources and/or finance ERP system.

- Experience in using CRM systems to develop and manage constituent relationships.

- Experience in using data from these systems to develop and execute targeted communications via e-mail campaign management systems.

- Master's degree in business administration, change management, communications, or related field.

- Proficient design and presentation skills.
