Job Summary
The candidate will work closely with our Enroll Team on a daily basis performing more ad-hoc duties including but not limited to document review, answering of emails, review of Medicare forms, performing some data entry specific to benefits related life events.
  • Candidates have the opportunity to interact with and provide benefits service/guidance to associates and/or their family.
  • Candidates gain an understanding of Edward Jones overall benefit offerings.
  • Candidates may be able to advance to other areas of Edward Jones based on experience gained by serving in benefits role.

Team Details
Candidate will work very closely with Sr. Benefits Specialists on Enroll Team performing in ad-hoc responsibilities which includes but is not limited to review of faxed documents, processing benefits related forms, performing manual entry, answering emails and incoming physical mail, scanning documents etc.
Position Requirements
  • Strong computer skills are required, including MS Word/Excel/Outlook, Internet Explorer, Window Explorer, DOS Command Screens, and Internal Software
  • Comfortable learning new information within a short period of time.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Software/Skills preferred: Experience with PeopleSoft, Microsoft programs including word, excel and outlook. Multiple vendor sites used as well.
  • Benefits experience also preferred but not required.
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field preferred but not required
