MLK Construction is looking for general laborers, no experience needed, to assist roofers on job sites. Qualified candidates should possess a willing attitude, team player mentality, be punctual and display great attendance to successfully function on the job site since your role is integral to our roofers functions and company success. Some of the duties include:1.Safety Setup for job sites2.Operating basic power tools3.Handling basic hand tools4.Site clean-up and debris removal5.Cleaning company vehicles to COVID standards and making sure they are presentable.Key Attributes Required:Clean and professional appearance.Able to lift 100Lbs.Comfortable climbing a 40ft to 60ft ladder.Able to be on time and punctual to work. (6am Start).Must have own hand tools (Hammer, tape measure, pry bar, tool pouch/belt)Starting pay for this position is between $18-20per hour depending on experience and skill level.
