HR Generalist

Description We are in the market for a dedicated HR Generalist to be a part of our team in the non-profit sector located in SAINT LOUIS, Missouri. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity where you will be primarily responsible for handling various human resources functions. Your daily tasks will involve managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing benefit functions. Responsibilities: Overseeing and managing employee relations within the organization Ensuring compliance with all legal and company regulations pertaining to human resources Administering and managing employee benefits programs Utilizing ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now for efficient HR management Leveraging ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode for effective recruitment and selection processes Utilizing Ceridian and Dayforce software to maintain accurate employee records Handling all matters related to Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) Using excellent communication skills to effectively interact with employees and management Managing various HR-related administrative tasks and projects as needed. Requirements Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now. Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode. Experience with Ceridian and Dayforce software. Knowledge of Benefit Functions within a non-profit setting. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Understanding of compliance laws and regulations in the non-profit sector. Experience in handling Employee Relations. Knowledge of Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) regulations. Proven track record in maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred. Prior experience in a non-profit organization is a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
