JOB REQUIREMENTS:

A minimum of three years of experience in litigation support or as a paralegal.

Knowledge of the legal process and legal concepts.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.

Proficiency in legal research and document drafting.

Experience with modern office software and legal research tools.

Ability to effectively manage deadlines and prioritize tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist attorneys in all stages of litigation cases from onset through post-trial.

Conduct legal research and factual investigation.

Draft legal documents such as pleadings, discovery requests, and responses.

Prepare trial materials and exhibits.

Regularly communicate with clients, attorneys, and court personnel.
