The Office of Geography-Human Geography Division provides a broad array of Human Geography products to customers throughout the IC, NSG, and ASG.
These customers rely on the accurate and timely delivery of these products to support policy decisions and mission planning and execution. The customer seeks support for operations to the GEOINT enterprise.
National System for Geospatial Intelligence Operations Executive (NOX) levied requirements and formal requests (RFIs) for geospatial data.
The candidate shall use an understanding of geography, research, GIS, and data conflation and management skills to produce the broad array of human geography products including attributed data, maps, including written reports.
Production phases for HG projects and products may include research, discovery, evaluation, extraction, creation, geo-enabling, quality control/review, metadata attribution, source citation, service enabling and dissemination.
The candidate shall participate in technical exchanges with Government, partners, and contract personnel located at their site and virtually around the globe.
The technical exchanges will focus on Human Geography production to Customer standards and feature extraction/attribution issues related to Human Geography production.
