If these words resonate with you, we should talk.Job OverviewPosition Schedule: Full-TimeBridge Builder and EJ Money Market, collectively the proprietary funds complex, currently includes twelve Bridge Builder mutual funds (comprised of 50 underlying sub-advisers) and the Edward Jones money market fund. Bridge Builder is ranked as the 20thlargest mutual fund company is the U.S. (nearly $200B in assets) as of 3/31/2023, as well as represents approximately 50% of our Advisory Solutions (firm discretionary) assets under care.The Proprietary Funds Leader is responsible for overseeing the portfolio management process and decision making for our proprietary funds complex, which ultimately leads to investment excellence and direct client account impact. The leader also contributes significantly to the strategic direction of our asset management offering, with expectations of an expanding product offering, broadening client eligibility, and significantly increasing client assets over the next 1-3 years.Key Responsibilities:

Oversee performance and risk profile of Bridge Builder mutual funds and Passport money market

Voting member of Portfolio Solutions Review Committee (team governance of Advisory Solutions and Bridge Builder)

Quarterly presentation to Board of Trustees, both through direct presentations as well as guiding that of team members

Voting member of Asset Allocation Working Group, the subgroup of the Investment Policy Committee responsible for asset allocation recommendations

Direct people leadership of current team of 5 investment professionals

IFOG member, the group responsible for the day-to-day management of the Olive Street (Bridge Builder investment advisor) business plan

Finance or Accounting Bachelor's degree and/or MBA preferred

CFA or actively pursuing CFA designation consistent with department policy.

Series 7 and Series 66 required or attainable within six months of hire.

10+ years experience as an analyst and/or extensive industry experience preferred.

2+ years leadership experience preferred.

Extensive knowledge of asset allocation, portfolio construction, portfolio risk management and manager due diligence.

Extensive knowledge of various types of investments, public and private asset classes, and markets.

Extensive knowledge of mutual fund and money management industry including various managed investments (mutual funds, ETFs, and separate accounts.)

Demonstrated success in leadership.
