Report, file, and monitor insurance claims. Maintain and update injury logs

Create and format safety bulletins, incident alerts, and internal messaging regarding safety initiatives and events

Organize, maintain, coordinate and electronically track all contracts, certificates of insurance, and bonds for construction projects within Viewpoint

Perform first line of review of contract language and insurance terms for compliance with company standards

Assist with OCIP/CCIP enrollments for projects as needed

Administer Safety Data Management System systems by monitoring reports, updating access for new hires/terms and share analytics from the software

Assist with prequalification and related systems used for processing

Support training and education efforts by scheduling, tracking, and filing related documentation

Assist Fleet Safety Manager with fleet related tasks, i.e., MVR's, input auto incidents, roadside systems / telematics, IFTA, Fuel Reports

Process requests for certificates of insurance and bonds and renewals and communicate with customers regarding same

Work with Customers to manage Company specific contractual terms

Manage the internal contract review process for the company

Serve as liaison between operations and Customers for contract and insurance-related requests

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional experience in related field

Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal or related field. Or equivalent experience.

Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist (CRIS) certification or ability to achieve within 1-2 years

Risk and Insurance Management Society Certified Risk Management Professional (RIMS-CRMP) or ability to achieve within 1-2 years

2+ years' experience in AEC industry preferred

Experience in Viewpoint software desired but not required

Experience in ProCore software desired but not required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Strong knowledge of project contracts and change order documents

Ability to develop relationships, act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality

Prioritize time management skills and attention to detail

Strong organization and writing skills, attention to detail

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn new, innovative technology
