Adhere to business and technical requirements using detailed coding and performing unit and software integration testing.

Perform coding, testing, debugging, designing and writing programs according to requirements.

Validate software adherence with development standards.

Create and maintain accurate technical documentation.

Resolve incidents and issues for production applications and web services in accordance with identified SLAs.

Manage system analysis to identify and recommend design and requirements.

Generate a variety of complex and periodic reports and data through database management.

Implement, monitor, test and audit new software.

What you bring to Spectrum Enterprise

Required qualifications:

Experience: Three or more years of experience with database management systems; Three or more years of coding, testing and design experience and software development methodologies.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, a related field or equivalent experience.

Technical skills: Understanding of software design patterns and principles ; Technical knowledge of the IT field and computer systems.

Skills: Creative and abstract thinking skills that can envision and design innovative solutions; English communication skills.

Abilities: Ability to identify measures or indicators of system performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience working as a PEGA developer.
