This is an integral role that will contribute to the overall success of the recruiting team by providing a high level of customer service, administrative support, and project coordination throughout the recruiting process. This will include systems support, data and process management, as well as hiring process coordination and improvements to ensure an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience. This position is ideal for someone highly organized and passionate about helping organizations grow by finding top talent.Location: This is a hybrid role of work from home and in office at our Town and Country, Missouri location.Essential Job Functions:

Maintain I-9 documentation and perform electronic verifications within 48 hours ofreceiving

Monitor background checks and provide the recruiters the names of completed background checks, expired background check links, and background checks that have items for review

Oversee the adverse action process and proper case closure

Save all completed background checks in employee file within first week of hire date

Support the Talent Acquisition Specialists with data entry during hire process including accurately entering candidate information, onboarding information and verifying addresses

Conduct current employee and new hire file audits on the HR Admin drive and in Workday

Contact employees for missing items needed, recheck files after initial missing items are identified, and save missing items to employee folders

Maintain process to ensure all signed job descriptions are signed and saved in employee file within first week of hire date

Audit and maintain up to date OIG checks for contingent workers

Oversee WOTC verifications

Create and send career opportunities and position of the week emails for organization

Audit weekly job requisition reports and distribute to team

Audit Workday Recruiting and HCM module for accuracy

Manage the Talent and New Hire Orientation email boxes. Distribute and/or answer all incoming emails accordingly

Generate and implement new ideas to increase social media presence including campaigns to increase company review scores

Manage and respond to reviews left on job boards

Generate and provide analysis on reports as needed

Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPPA regulations

Represent the company in the recruitment events, career fairs and social media to promote employer branding

Experience, Education and Certifications:Required:

High School Diploma or G.E.D.

Bachelors degree or an equivalent amount of relevant experience

1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment or human resources

Preferred:

Experience with ATS software, Workday strongly preferred

Previous HR administrative support strongly preferred

Previous experience with social media campaigns preferred

Ability to analyze data and recommending process changes preferred

Skills Needed:

Intermediate level of proficiency or above with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

Salary Min: $19.23Salary Max: $28.84This information reflects the base salary pay range for this job based on current national market data. Ranges may vary based on the job's location.
